MPIL can supply the complete steel portion including standard accessories. Accessories that are not manufactured by MPIL can be supplied as buy outs (Eg Rolling Up Doors, Cranes etc ..) and included in MPIL scope of supply.

No. MPIL can provide a small car park shed to a massive industrial complex comprising thousands of square meters of covered area. However for shipment, a minimum one-truck load would be economical.

The saving would be basically due to less number of column foundations due to large spans and bay spacing plus reduction in column reactions due to less dead load of steel. It is not possible to quantify the cost savings as it would vary by type of project.

MPIL Standard cladding thickness is 26G and 24G. These are available in stock in various colors. Other thick nesses can be offered as special order with comparatively longer delivery.

No. MPIL will provide column reactions and base plate details of Anchor Bolt plan drawing. It is the responsibility of the civil consultant to design the foundations to support the column reactions.

Yes. MPIL will provide design calculations for the building whenever requested for approval by consultant / client.

All field connections are only by bolting. There is absolutely no site welding required. This is one of the major advantages with MPIL system, which considerably reduces the time for site erection.

The transport component would depend on the distance of the job site from MPIL plant. Due to the reduced steel weight with MPIL system and the nesting properties of secondary and sheeting components, the freight cost would be less than conventional construction.

As MPIL buildings are assembled at site by bolting, the units can b dismantled and shifted to new locations and reassembled. MPIL can also provide small portable units which can be transported on trucks in one piece from place to place.

MPIL system is ideally suited for warehouse construction. We have supplied several thousand warehouses in the gulf and hundreds in India for the state and private warehousing corporations. MPIL provides detailed erection drawings, erection procedures manual and free technical assistance through visit of MPIL Technical Representative to the site during erection. MPIL will recommend to client the services of our certified builders who are trained to carry out erection of MPIL Buildings.

Yes, MPIL provides steel deck over steel floor framing to received cast in site slab. The steel deck acts as a shuttering to support the wet concrete. The slab should be reinforced and designed for the total floor load.

Yes, MPIL will submit detailed design calculations and approval drawings to client for approval prior to fabrication of the building. All comments received from client on the approval drawings are incorporated by MPIL in the final Erection Drawings and in fabrication.

MPIL provides maintenance instructions for the supplied buildings. Generally maintenance is limited to periodic checking and tightening of bolts and cleaning roof and gutters. Also accessories moving parts need periodic maintenance. Thus we can say MPIL Buildings are almost maintenance free.
